Private & Public Screenings
If you have a group, association, church, or shcool that would
like to see a private screening of UR Pre-Approved, please use the form
provided below.
As a general rule all special screening must take place in
a regular movie theatre with digital projections capabilities, or in a rooom
that is set up to show video projected films. There are no 35mm prints of
UR Pre-Approved available.
Screening may take place any time of the day or night and pricing
will be determined by the day and time you select, based on theatre availability
and size of the auditorium you require. Pricing of auditoriums falls into several
categories.
- Small auditoriums generally have no more than 150 to 170 seats
- Medium auditoriums range from approximately 150 to 275 seats
- Large auditoriums range from approximately 275 seat to 475 seats
Final payments are due 72 hours prior to the event or the event will be cancelled.
There is a 50% non-refundable deposit due within 24 hours of receiving your
auditorium reservation confirmation. The deposit will be credited against the
final bill. If the deposit is not received within the 24-hour time frame, the
event will be cancelled and the auditorium will become available for another
guest to use to see the film.

PRICING NOTE: The auditorium rental pricing sheets are to be used only
as guidelines and your exact rental fee may differ substantially from the prices
listed on the pricing sheet.
Final pricing is determined by our events department and is based on:
- Number of people attending
- Time of day
- Day of the week
- Time of year
- Amount of staff needed to help run the event
- Other factors that may be specific to your event
